Your indicative estimate is on its way. The estimator is calibrating against verified market rate data — leave your work email and we'll send your range the moment it's ready.
Got it — your spec is logged. We'll email your indicative range as soon as the estimator is calibrated.
Something went wrong sending that. Email info@thewarex.ca and we'll run your numbers by hand.
WAREX pricing is partner-based. Every figure this tool shows is an indicative range — we verify against real partner facilities before anything is quoted, and nothing here is a binding quote. Actual pricing depends on contract length, volume, specialised handling, and partner facility.
What a Real Quote Itemizes
WAREX quotes are a menu, not a mystery number — the same structure owners use on the board. Your estimate maps onto these lines:
Storage
Per pallet by week or month; trailer and yard positions priced flat.
Handling
In and out, per pallet — never buried in the storage rate.
De-Stuff / Transload
Tiered by container size with carton and SKU caps stated up front.
Processing & Delivery
Order docs, pick & pack, labour, LTL/FTL legs — each its own line.
Indicative · we verify — published rates land when partner-network pricing is finalized.
How This Estimator Works — The Methodology
No black box, no invented numbers. The estimator builds your storage spec from five inputs — pallet count, duration, temperature requirement, region, and service tier — and prices it against a sealed rate store (warex-pricing.json). That store ships with display gating on: until WAREX holds verified, current Canadian rate data, the tool shows your spec and takes your email instead of showing a range. The day real data lands, the same inputs return an indicative monthly and annual range on screen — flagged indicative, verified before any quote, never binding.
- Why ranges, not numbers: storage pricing is a menu — position, in/out handling, materials, processing. A single flat figure would hide lines you'd pay anyway. The anatomy is documented in our pallet storage cost guide.
- What moves your range: environment (ambient → temperature-controlled → frozen are different cost tiers), turn frequency (handling bills on every in and out), market tightness, pallet spec, and commitment length.
- Why we gate instead of guessing: most "cost calculator" pages publish stale or invented figures. Ours stays sealed until it's real — the same rule as every counter on the exchange.
